Dedicated service to Houston's children, providing exceptional care and mentoring the next generation of pediatricians.
After more than 20 years of serving the children of the greater Houston area in an employed role, Dr. Rukmini D. Kumar founded our independent practice in January 2000. She did so with the singular vision of providing broader access to high quality pediatric primary care. It is our mission to care for our patients just as we care for our own children.
Our practice has been a medical home for more than 15,000 children, and it also served as an educational foundation for the next generation of countless pediatricians from UTHealth - McGovern School of Medicine. After completing their training under Dr. Rukmini Kumar's mentorship, Dr. Kumar's son, Dr. Natalie Ngai, and Dr. Xinya Chuong joined the practice to carry our mission forward.
It remains our privilege to care for your child and we look forward to the opportunity of doing so for many years to come. The health and wellbeing for our children is our legacy.
